Cancellation Policy

At Riotel.in, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the order has entered the shipping process. However, if you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse delivery. The product will then be returned to us, and for prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated once the product is received back at our facility.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all products across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD fee of ₹49 will be applied.

All orders placed on www.riotel.in are shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Products that are in stock are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order.

We make every effort to ensure that the products listed on our website are available for immediate shipment. However, in rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an option to exchange, delay, or cancel the order as per your preference.

7-Day Return Policy

At Riotel.in, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please note:

  • You will need to return the product at your own expense to the address provided below.

  • Engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • It must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • The return will only be processed after we receive and verify the complete product along with all accessories and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If any accessories are missing

  • If the packaging is damaged or tampered

  • If the product shows signs of use such as scratches or wear

Once the product is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the return status. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit to your Riotel account.
